Gradely – Data Deletion Request

Last Updated: September 27, 2026

This page explains how users of Gradely: GPA, CGPA & Results can request deletion of data associated with the Gradely Community/Forum.

Gradely is developed and operated by M/S. Sabrina Traders.

Request Data Deletion

Gradely does not require users to create a traditional account using an email address or phone number.

The optional Gradely Community/Forum uses a user-chosen display name or alias and a randomly generated anonymous installation identifier to provide Community functionality.

If you have participated in the Gradely Community and would like to request deletion of data associated with your Community identity, you can submit a deletion request by contacting us at:

Email: sabrinatradersbd@gmail.com

Email Subject: Gradely Data Deletion Request

In your request, please provide:

  • Your Community display name or alias
  • A brief description of what you would like deleted
  • Any additional information reasonably necessary to identify the relevant Community content, such as a post title or approximate posting date, if available

Please do not send passwords, National ID numbers, financial information, or other sensitive personal information.

Because Gradely does not require an email address or phone number to create a Community identity, we may request reasonable additional information when necessary to verify that a deletion request relates to the requesting user's data and to prevent unauthorized deletion of another user's content.

What Data Can Be Deleted

Depending on the user's activity and the information available for verification, a deletion request may cover supported data associated with the Gradely Community, including:

  • Community display name or alias
  • Community posts
  • Comments and replies
  • Voting information associated with the Community identity
  • Reports submitted through the Community
  • Community notification data associated with the Community identity
  • Other Community information associated with the anonymous Community identity, where applicable

Users can also delete supported posts, comments, or replies that they own directly through available controls within the Gradely Community.

Locally Stored Data

Gradely also stores certain information locally on the user's device, which may include:

  • GPA and CGPA calculations
  • Notes
  • Calculator history
  • Result history
  • User preferences
  • Community drafts
  • Recent Community searches
  • Cached Community information

Users can remove locally stored data by using the relevant delete or clear options available in the App, clearing Gradely's App Data through Android Settings, or uninstalling the App.

Clearing App Data or uninstalling Gradely does not necessarily delete Community information that was previously transmitted to our servers.

Data That May Be Retained

Certain limited information may be retained where reasonably necessary for:

  • Security and fraud prevention
  • Spam and abuse prevention
  • Enforcement of Community Rules
  • Investigation of reports or misuse
  • Legal or regulatory obligations
  • Dispute resolution
  • Protection of users and the integrity of the service

Where retention is necessary for these purposes, information will be retained only as reasonably necessary or as required by applicable obligations.

Information processed independently by third-party service providers, such as Google or OneSignal, may be subject to those providers' own data retention and deletion practices.

Processing a Deletion Request

After receiving a valid deletion request, we will review the request and take reasonable steps to identify the relevant Community data.

We may contact the requester for additional information when reasonably necessary to verify the request or identify the relevant data.

We will process valid deletion requests within a reasonable period, subject to applicable legal, security, fraud-prevention, and abuse-prevention requirements.
